Pocket-sized badass Ruth Bader Ginsburg is obviously the first person we would invite to every party: she drinks, she throws shade, she is essentially an action movie star. Now, she is officially the most popular Supreme Court justice, according to a new national poll.

The survey, conducted by left-leaning organization Public Policy Polling (PPP), asked respondents to rate each individual justice (anywhere from “favorably” to “unfavorably”), as well as to choose their favorite and least favorite.

Nearly one-in-five Americans picked the 82-year-old queen as their “favorite” member of the highest court — scoring particularly high among Democrats, men, women, seniors and white people. Quiet, yet somehow awesomely bad Clarence Thomas ranked least favorite overall, although 21 percent of Republicans chose him as their favorite.

According to PPP, respondents were largely divided along party lines:

Republicans have a positive opinion and Democrats have a negative opinion of Roberts, Alito, Thomas, and Scalia. Democrats have a positive opinion and Republicans have a negative opinion of Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan. The only Justice who voters have a positive view of across party lines is Kennedy who stands at 33/15 with Democrats and 26/22 with Republicans.

SCOTUS is currently taking its sweet time announcing several major decisions, including those that will determine the legality of same-sex marriage and the Affordable Care Act. Regardless, Notorious RBG was recently spotted smiling, which means that everything is going to be FINE.
